Expected Outcomes
Skill Development: Farmers will gain valuable knowledge and skills in yam seedling production and sustainable farming.
Increased Production: Improved seedling quality will lead to higher yam yields and better crop quality, with an anticipated increase in yield of 20-30%.
Economic Growth: Farmers will achieve higher income levels by selling seedlings and increasing yam production. We estimate an income increase of 25-40% per farmer.
Community Impact: The enhancement of the community’s overall agricultural productivity and food security will lead to improved livelihoods and reduced poverty rates.

Conclusion Entojutu’s initiative to empower 30 farmers in yam seedling production represents a significant step towards enhancing agricultural productivity and economic stability in rural communities. By equipping farmers with the skills and resources needed for successful yam cultivation, we aim to foster sustainable development and improve the livelihoods of farmers.
