Driving Circular Economy for a Sustainable Africa

At Entojutu, we are committed to pioneering sustainable solutions that address food security, clean water, and resource management in Africa. Our founder, Tobi Adegbite, recently shared key insights on fostering sustainable practices in Nigeria during a high-impact panel discussion. From leveraging circular economy principles to promoting innovative solutions like black soldier flies and crickets, this highlights our dedication to supporting resilient African communities and/or making them sustainable.
He also actively participated in the Dissemination Workshop on the Investment Climate for Circular Economy Enterprises in Nigeria. This platform brought together key stakeholders—including government bodies like The Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), UNDP SGP, GCERF, academics, and social entrepreneurs—to discuss Africa’s resource challenges and the transformative role of circular economy enterprises.
Representing Entojutu, experiences as a social impact organization were shared highlighting both the opportunities and challenges in this evolving sector. The discussions reinforced the importance of collaboration, policy support, and innovative solutions in driving sustainable growth across Africa.
A big thank you to the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) and all partners who facilitated this vital dialogue. Together, we are building a future where nature enables people to thrive.
